UI/UX Designer (Desktop, Machine control)

QUALIFICATIONS 

Technical: 

• 3+ years of experience in the UI/UX field, with at least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner being a significant advantage.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI projects, demonstrating design skills, workflow automation, and the ability to enhance user engagement using Figma or other tools.

• Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch App) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Experience in UI/UX design for desktop applications, particularly where the end user is the machine user.

• Experience in the semiconductor, machine control, or equipment domain is a significant advantag

Soft skills: 

• Excellent English communication skills, particularly in listening and speaking, with the ability to handle challenging conversations effectively

• Good sense of teamwork, high responsibility & commitment 

• Proactive and open-minded
