WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULLSTACK TECHNICAL LEAD IN HO CHI MINH TO JOIN US!
This position comes with a development plan to grow into the role of Manager at Sioux HCM.
Your focus will comprise
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure applications using ReactJS (Frontend) and Elixir (Backend).
Support team growth by providing guidance on professional development and technical challenges.
Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
Continuously improve team processes and contribute to an agile working culture.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
Strong expertise with ReactJS (FE Development).
Backend development experience with modern programming languages such as Node.js, Ruby, Python, Go, or similar.
A growth mindset and willingness to learn and work with Elixir for Backend development.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
Good problem-solving, English communication, and leadership skills.
Nice to have:
Understanding and experience of working in teams practicing Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience or familiarity with Elixir or functional programming languages.
