WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULLSTACK TECHNICAL LEAD IN HO CHI MINH TO JOIN US!

This position comes with a development plan to grow into the role of Manager at Sioux HCM.

Your focus will comprise

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure applications using ReactJS (Frontend) and Elixir (Backend).

  • Support team growth by providing guidance on professional development and technical challenges.

  • Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.

  • Continuously improve team processes and contribute to an agile working culture.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.

  • Strong expertise with ReactJS (FE Development).

  • Backend development experience with modern programming languages such as Node.js, Ruby, Python, Go, or similar.

  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn and work with Elixir for Backend development.

  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean coding practices.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).

  • Good problem-solving, English communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to have:

  • Understanding and experience of working in teams practicing Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Experience or familiarity with Elixir or functional programming languages.
