ABOUT THIS POSITION
Sioux Vietnam is looking for going-to-be-employee interns who possess strong logical thinking, love to code-on, and want to make a difference by bringing high-tech to life.
By joining this program, you’ll have a chance to work in a young, dynamic professional working environment composed of talented engineers from all levels. You’ll enhance your technical skills by working with advanced technologies (.NET), being mentored by fellow Senior Software Engineers, and working on challenging real projects.
You will gain tremendous experience in multiple functional areas, setting the stage for a well-rounded Software Engineering career while enjoying authentic company culture.
3rd or last year students/ fresh graduates majoring in Information Technology (and be able to work minimum 24 hours/week) are eligible for this program.
Job requirements
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHALL POSSESS
3rd or last year student/ fresh graduates
Passion for .NET technology
Candidates who can work full-time/part-time within the 3-month period of the program (a least 24 hours/week)
Good educational results (GPA: >7.5/10, or > 3.0/4.0) from good universities
Good fundamental background & logical thinking
Good communication skills
Intermediate English
Proactive and learning mindset

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Your CV will be carefully reviewed and selected for coming rounds:
Round 1: Phone screening.
We will have a phone screening call (15-20 minutes) with you after receiving your CV to further check your English and expectations.
Round 2: Company Tour & Paper Test.
You will be invited for a screening paper test.
Round 3: Group interview
After finishing the paper test, only selected candidates will be processed to group interview. At this round, we will assess your technical skills, culture fit, and soft skills which are essential to succeed in the role. We are not expecting candidates to be able to complete all tasks correctly but give it your best shot.
This will be a good opportunity to find out more about life at Sioux and ask any questions you might have regarding training, projects ad career opportunities. This part is where you will have an opportunity to demonstrate your aptitude, skills, and potential for the role.
