Sioux Vietnam plays a pivotal role in the Asian market by offering R&D services from our centers across Europe and Asia to customers, leading development teams in Asia.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A ENGINEERING LEAD IN HCM OR DA NANG TO JOIN US! 

We welcome expats, as well as Vietnamese professionals living abroad who wish to return and contribute to Vietnam's high-tech industry.


Your job will comprise:

  • Participate in the requirements analysis process
  • Collaborate with your software architect to produce software design
  • Write clean, scalable code using C#, JS, Python programming languages
  • Refactor and improve the existing code base
  • Test and deploy applications and systems
  • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle
  • Collaborate with project managers/stakeholders to define the project organization, estimate project timelines, identify risks, and related mitigation strategies
  • Manage the performance management of employees
  • Coach, motivate, influence and inspire a team of senior engineers

Job requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor in Information Technology or Computer Science or related fields
  • Have experience in the high-tech domains such as semicon, analytical and medical. You are eager to enhance this expertise and gain more experience within these domains
  • Good knowledge and practical skills in clean code, software design
  • Feel confident using C#, JS, Python for different operating systems, including state machine and/or real-time aspects
  • Experience with Windows Form, WPF, or WinUI3 is a significant advantage
  • Have proven competence with various development methods and technologies (OOAD, Agile, TDD, MDSD, etc.)
  • Act as a engineering lead in a team of 5 to 10 persons and good at people management
  • Good English communication skills, working directly with international clients and employees
  • Good problem solving and have growth mindset
  • Be used to working in a dynamic and environment with fast-changing  priorities, parallel projects, and various stakeholders with probably conflicting interests

  • 13th-month salary depending on the employee’s length of service

Working hours & Leave

  • Flexible working hours working Monday – Friday, no OT
  • Hybrid working policy
  • 19 leave days per year, for every 3 work years, +1 day to annual leave
