Candidate:
We're looking for a PLM Engineer to work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and interface with PLM systems. You'll drive process efficiency, data consistency, and support the implementation of PLM solutions across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. The candidate will be working closely with the NL customer and India Pune team, requiring good English communication skills and cultural awareness to ensure seamless collaboration and effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve integration issues between PLM, ERP, and MES platforms
Support PLM implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational processes
Drive systems integration and continuous improvement projects
Own product-specific design rules and maintain product master data in Infor
Ensure effective configuration and change management
Collaborate with Design Engineers, Supply Chain Engineers and Production Engineers and other teams
Maintain product configuration matrix and act as a local PLM system expert
Job requirements
Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in system integration or product development
Hands-on experience with Infor PLM or equivalent PLM systems
Familiarity with manufacturing engineering systems and systems integration (PLM, ERP, MES)
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
Analytical, precise, and proactive with a passion for process improvements
Nice to Haves:
Experience with mechanical, electrical, and subsystems integration
Data-driven mindset and hands-on approach
Ability to lead meetings and reviews.
