The Role
Sioux Ho Chi Minh is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in building our engineering team and supporting our growth journey in Asia.

Job requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment (80%):
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define effective hiring approaches
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring teams
Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when necessary.
Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to stakeholders.
HR Administration (20%):
Support onboarding activities for new hires
Coordinate internal activities or employee engagement initiatives when required
Support office operations in Ho Chi Minh when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Prefer candidates with the orientation of long-term commitment.
Have more than 3 years of experience in full cycle of recruitment, including at least 2 years in the IT industry. Experience in hiring international candidates is preferred.
Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
High sense of responsibility and attention to details.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Resilient and persistent, especially when working on challenging or niche roles
Quick learner with strong curiosity and the ability to understand new roles, technologies, or business domains.
Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and determination to achieve hiring goals.
Positive, energetic personality with the ability to bring good energy and contribute to a lively and collaborative office atmosphere.
Interest or experience in supporting other HR functions, such as employee engagement, employee relations, etc. or admin tasks.
