Sioux Ho Chi Minh is growing and expanding, and we are looking for an HR/Recruitment Officer to join our exciting and talented team! 

The Role 

As an HR/ IT Talent Acquisition Officer at Sioux HCM, you will support the full recruitment and HR lifecycle, administrative operations, and maintain an efficient and welcoming workplace. 

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

Recruitment (80%): 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements. 

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms. 

  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers. 

  • Build talent pool and keep the recruitment management system updated with candidate information. 

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding. 

  • Manage the recruitment report as requested 

HR Administration (20%): 

  • Arrange accommodation and transportation for business trips for employees and clients. 

  • Support for ex-pat staff relating Visa, work permit (WP), residence card. 

  • Work with other members to organize company events. 

  • Ensure and provide the best working environment for employees such as managing, and organizing food and beverages, office stationery, working with external suppliers providing facility services. 

Job requirements 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Prefer candidates with the orientation of long-term commitment.  

  • Have more than 3 years of experience in full cycle of recruitment, including at least 2 years in the IT industry 

  • Interest or experience in supporting other HR functions, such as employee engagement, employee relations, etc. or admin tasks. 

  • Good at English and Vietnamese communication  

  • Calm, patient, and strong problem-solving skills  

  • Proactive, supportive and can-do attitude  

  • High sense of responsibility and attention to details
